DPRD Dan Gubernur Setujui Raperda Perubahan RPJMD Prov. Sumsel 2019-2023

DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan akhirnya Menyetujui Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang Perubahan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2019-2023, persetujuan itu dituangkan dalam bentuk penandatanganan keputusan bersama DPRD Prov. Sumsel dan Gubernur Sumsel terhadap Raperda dimaksud pada Rapat Paripurna XXXIX (39) Kamis 21/10/2021 dengan Agenda Penyampaian Laporan Hasil Pembahasan dan Penelitian Pansus Raperda tentang Perubahan RPJMD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2019-2023.

Rapat Paripurna XXXIX dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Prov. Sumsel; Ibu Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH, dihadiri oleh Gubernur Sumsel; Bapak H. Herman Deru dan tamu undangan lain Secara langsung maupun Virtual.

Sebelum Raperda disetujui dengan penandatanganan Keputusan Bersama oleh Pimpinan Rapat dan Gubernur, Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Prov. Sumsel terlebih dahulu mendengarkan Laporan Panitia Khusus (Pansus) dibacakan oleh Bapak H. Hasbi Asadiki, S.Sos., MM, Pansus mengambil kesimpulan dapat memahami dan menerima Raperda dimaksud, selanjutnya secara Aklamasi Anggota DPRD Prov. Sumsel memberikan persetujuan.

Selanjutnya Paripurna diakhiri dengan mendengarkan Pendapat Akhir Gubernur yang menyampaikan Latar belakang Perubahan RPJMD, diantaranya disebabkan adanya pandemi covid-19 yang mempengaruhi pencapaian sasaran pembangunan daerah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Serta tingkat pengangguran terbuka dan kemiskinan, menjelaskan Tahapan-tahapan yang telah dilaksanakan dalam membahas Perubahan RPJMD itu serta ucapan terimakasih dan apresiasi terhadap Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD atas saran, masukan dan kerjasama yang baik selama membahas Raperda tersebut.
